Hucheng Chang is a PhD student in the Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna since 2018. His research has focused on developing electrochemical (bio)sensors for the investigation of fungi hydrolytic enzymes and oxidoreductases. He is expertise in the preparation and applying miniaturized biosensors for biological samples studies and scanning electrochemical microscopic measurements. He is also familiar with nanomaterials modified electrode surfaces for biosensors, energy conversion, and interface electron transfer studies.
