To guarantee a smooth in-orbit space gravitational wave detection for the Taiji mission, a semi-physical simulation test of inter-satellite laser interference is carried out. The semi-physical simulation test consists of three aspects: the establishment of the inter-satellite laser link, interferometry of the inter-satellite ranging, and simulation of the space environment. With the designed specifications for the semi-physical simulation platform, the test results for the inter-satellite laser interference can be obtained. Based on the semi-physical simulation test, the risks of inter-satellite laser interference technology can be mitigated, laying a solid foundation for the successful detection of in-orbit gravitational waves.

The egg production of laying hens is crucial to breeding enterprises in the laying hen breeding industry. However, there is currently no systematic or accurate method to identify low-egg-production-laying hens in commercial farms, and the majority of these hens are identified by breeders based on their experience. In order to address this issue, we propose a method that is widely applicable and highly precise. First, breeders themselves separate low-egg-production-laying hens and normal-laying hens. Then, under a halogen lamp, hyperspectral images of the two different types of hens are captured via hyperspectral imaging equipment. The vertex component analysis (VCA) algorithm is used to extract the cockscomb end member spectrum to obtain the cockscomb spectral feature curves of low-egg-production-laying hens and normal ones. Next, fast continuous wavelet transform (FCWT) is employed to analyze the data of the feature curves in order to obtain the two-dimensional spectral feature image dataset. Finally, referring to the two-dimensional spectral image dataset of the low-egg-production-laying hens and normal ones, we developed a deep learning model based on a convolutional neural network (CNN). When we tested the model’s accuracy by using the prepared dataset, we found that it was 0.975 percent accurate. This outcome demonstrates our identification method, which combines hyperspectral imaging technology, an FCWT data analysis method, and a CNN deep learning model, and is highly effective and precise in laying-hen breeding plants. Furthermore, the attempt to use FCWT for the analysis and processing of hyperspectral data will have a significant impact on the research and application of hyperspectral technology in other fields due to its high efficiency and resolution characteristics for data signal analysis and processing.

Chinese traditional instruments are diverse and encompass a rich variety of timbres and rhythms, presenting considerable research potential. This work proposed a deep-learning framework for the automated classification of Chinese traditional instruments, addressing the challenges of acoustic diversity and cultural preservation. By integrating two datasets, CTIS and ChMusic, we constructed a combined dataset comprising four instrument families: wind, percussion, plucked string, and bowed string. Three time-frequency features, namely MFCC, CQT, and Chroma, were extracted to capture diverse sound information. A convolutional neural network architecture was designed, incorporating 3-channel spectrogram feature stacking and a hybrid channel–spatial attention mechanism to enhance the extraction of critical frequency bands and feature weights. Experimental results demonstrated that the feature-fusion method improved classification performance compared to a single feature as input. Meanwhile, the attention mechanism further boosted test accuracy to 98.79%, outperforming baseline models by 2.8% and achieving superior F1 scores and recall compared to classical architectures. Ablation study confirmed the contribution of attention mechanisms. This work validates the efficacy of deep learning in preserving intangible cultural heritage through precise analysis, offering a feasible methodology for the classification of Chinese traditional instruments.

Achieving space-based gravitational wave detection requires the establishment of an interferometer constellation. It is necessary to establish and maintain stable laser interferometric links using the differential wavefront sensing (DWS) technnique. When the distant measurement beam experiences pointing jitter, it causes beam walk on the surface of the local detector. The reduced overlap between the local reference spot and the distant spot increases the nonlinear errors in the DWS technique, which need to be suppressed. Numerical analysis was conducted on the spatial beam interference signals of the DWS technique when the distant measurement beam experienced pointing jitter. An experimental measurement system was designed, and the beam walk was suppressed using a conjugate imaging system. The results show that within a range of 300 μrad, the optical path with the imaging system can reduce measurement errors by at least 83%. This way also helps to reduce pointing jitter noise in inter-satellite links, thereby improving laser pointing control accuracy. This method would provide a valuable reference for future DWS measurement systems.

Space gravitational wave detection is one of the most critical techniques that maintain high stability of the laser link to reduce the coupling of ranging noise. We model and simulate the laser pointing jitter noise of the laser link between two satellites and build an experimental system for testing. We adopt an FFT-based method for Monte Carlo generation of a random noise time-series signal with a prescribed power spectral density. This experimental system with noise inputs can be simulated in a way that is more consistent with the actual operation of the satellite in space. The experimental results show that laser pointing jitter noise mainly comes from the jitter of the satellite platform. In the 1 mHz to 1 Hz band, laser pointing jitter noise is an order of magnitude higher in the space environment than in the laboratory environment. However, the pointing system can still suppress the laser pointing jitter noise to the noise floor.
