Biography
Fernando Lidon is a Full Professor in the Faculty of Science and Technology at the New University of Lisbon. He completed his PhD studies at the New University of Lisbon. His interests include phytotechnology, food technology, biochemistry, plant physiology, and agro industry. He has 172 publications with 4682 citations and an h-index of 38 (Scopus, 17 October 2023).
