Massalin Nakphaichit is an Assistance Professor in research unit of probiotics and prebiotics for health, department of Biotechnology, faculty of Agro-Industry, Kasetsart University, Thailand. Her research group is involved the effect of probiotic on health, biomarker identification, prebiotic production from agricultural waste, and probiotic encapsulation. She is interested in impact of functional food including probiotics, prebiotics, and synbiotics on human and chicken gut microbiota. She undertakes academic research through students and researchers collaborations with various universities and industries.
