My academic interests are focused on breast cancer pathology, particularly the investigation of the tumor microenvironment, immune cell regulation, and biomarker validation for prognostic and predictive purposes. I have explored the role of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, heat shock proteins (HSP70), NOD2, Galectin-3 and PD-1/PD-L1 in various breast cancer subtypes, including triple-negative and luminal B tumors. Through these projects, I aim to contribute to the advancement of personalized approaches in cancer diagnostics and treatment.
