Biography
Stepan Garo Aktrian received his MS (1981), PhD (1993), DSc (2010) in Food Process Engineering from the University of Food Technologies (UFT) in Plovdiv. His last academic position was as a full professor at UFT, from which he has now retired. His research interests primarily focus on the field of food and chemical process engineering.
