Research interests are as follows: electrochemistry, metals and catalysis, photochemistry, the new technologies for wastewater treatment based on photo-oxidation processes (H2O2/UV, O3-plasma/UV), photocatalysis (preparation and characterization of nanocatalyst for effluent treatment in textile industries or degradation of pharmaceutical residues in aquatic compartment by advanced oxidation processes, the photo-Fenton process, etc.), and analytical methods such as LC-MSMS for determination of pesticides in soil, sediment, and water.
