Carlos A. Cuao Moreu received a Master in Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, with knowledge in surface modification of metallic materials. He has experience in synthesis and evaluation of ceramic coatings quality obtained by sol-gel technique for protection against magnesium alloys corrosion, and evaluation of the tribological behavior of duplex coatings (boronizing + pvd) on ASTM F-75 biomedical cobalt alloys. Currently, he is studying for a PhD in Materials Engineering, continuing with the study of the surface modification of the ASTM F-75 cobalt alloy.
