Agriculture, the backbone of many economies, faces challenges like lack of information, outdated practices, and limited access to technology, hindering farmer productivity. This work proposes a user-friendly, multilingual platform leveraging Generative AI to address farmers' diverse needs. The platform encompasses various features to enhance agricultural practices. An LLM-powered Government Scheme Advisor functions as a multilingual chatbot offering intelligent guidance on government agricultural schemes and subsidies. The Disease Detection module utilizes AI technology for real-time identification and treatment recommendations, minimizing crop diseases and yield losses. The Soil Testing Centre feature locates nearby soil testing centers, providing essential information based on geographical data to assist farmers in optimizing soil quality. A Crop Recommendation feature employs Machine Learning algorithms to offer personalized crop recommendations, considering various factors and aiding informed decision-making. The Crop Planning Tool, with its intuitive user interface, simplifies planning planting schedules and managing resources. Additionally, the platform includes an MSP Center Locator to find nearby Minimum Support Price (MSP) centers based on location. By integrating these innovative solutions, this platform bridges the gap between conventional agricultural techniques and contemporary technology, equipping farmers with the resources and expertise essential for advancing productivity and sustainability. Multilingual support ensures accessibility for a wider audience, breaking down language barriers and promoting inclusivity in the agricultural sector. This work proposes an innovative, multilingual platform powered by Generative AI to address these issues. Key features include an LLM-driven chatbot for government scheme guidance, AI-based real-time disease detection, and location-based tools for soil testing and MSP center identification. Additionally, the platform offers personalized crop recommendations and intuitive crop planning tools, bridging the gap between traditional methods and modern technology. Multilingual support ensures inclusivity, empowering farmers with resources to enhance productivity and sustainability. Future research could focus on improving precision agriculture, climate resilience, market intelligence, and socio-economic assessments to further advance the agricultural sector.

Face synthesis and editing has increased cumulative consideration by the improvement of generative adversarial networks (GANs). The proposed attentional GAN-deep attentional multimodal similarity modal (AttnGAN-DAMSM) model focus on generating high-resolution images by removing discriminator components and generating realistic images from textual description. The attention model creates the attention map on the image and automatically retrieves the features to produce various sub-areas of the image. The DAMSM delivers fine-grained image-text identical loss to generative networks. This study, first describe text phrases and the model will generate a photorealistic high-resolution image composed of features with high accuracy. Next, model will fine-tune the selected features of face images and it will be left to the control of the user. The result shows that the proposed AttnGAN-DAMSM model delivers the performance metrics like structural similarity index measure (SSIM), feature similarity index measure (FSIM) and frechet inception distance (FID) using CelebA and CUHK face sketch (CUFS) dataset. For CelebFaces attribute (CelebA) dataset, the SSIM achieves 78.82% and for CUFS dataset, the SSIM achieves 81.45% which ensures accurate face synthesis and editing compared with existing methods such as GAN, SuperstarGAN and identity-sensitive GAN (IsGAN) models.

In the realm of natural language processing (NLP), a diverse array of language models has emerged, catering to a wide spectrum of tasks, ranging from speaker recognition and auto-correction to sentiment analysis and stock prediction. The significance of language models in enabling the execution of these NLP tasks cannot be overstated. This study proposes an approach to enhance accuracy by leveraging a hybrid language model, combining the strengths of long short-term memory (LSTM) and gated recurrent unit (GRU). LSTM excels in preserving long-term dependencies in data, while GRU's simpler gating mechanism expedites the training process. The research endeavors to evaluate four variations of this hybrid model: LSTM, GRU, bidirectional long short-term memory (Bi-LSTM), and a combination of LSTM with GRU. These models are subjected to rigorous testing on two distinct datasets: one focused on IBM stock price prediction, and the other on Jigsaw toxic comment classification (sentiment analysis). This work represents a significant stride towards democratizing NLP capabilities, ensuring that even in resource-constrained settings, NLP models can exhibit improved performance. The anticipated implications of these findings span a wide spectrum of real-world applications and hold the potential to stimulate further research in the field of NLP.
