Georgia Andra Boni completed her PhD in Physics in 2015 at University of Bucharest (Romania), Faculty of Physics. She has been hired at the National Institute of Material Physics (NIMP), Romania, since 2010. Her work is in the field of ferroelectricity, starting with her PhD related to transport mechanisms and expanding her research interest on the way to newly discovered phenomena and their applications such as multibit ferroelectric polarization, memcapacitor, non-destructive reading in ferroelectric memory and more recently controlling of negative capacitance in ferroelectric based structures.
