Dr. Zo Ramamonjiarivelo is an Associate Professor at the School of Health Administration, College of Health Professions, at Texas State University. She earned her PhD degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2012. She has taught several undergraduate and graduate courses on aspects of health administration and public health, such as health care statistics, managerial epidemiology, health policy, introduction to public health, strategic management, research methods, organizational behavior, health care quality improvement, and the history of health care administration, among others. Her research interests include the factors associated with the strategic decision-making of healthcare organizations and the impact of such decisions on organizational performance, as well as health disparities, health care disparities, healthcare quality, patient experience, and service-learning.
