Rúben Silva is a PhD researcher at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (ISEP). He got his MSc and BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Aveiro and his PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Porto (FEUP). He is a research member at R&D unit CONSTRUCT-Institute of R&D in Structures and Construction, collaborating for the thematic line of Railway Infrastructures.
