Iveta Ludviga (PhD) is a Professor of Management and Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Business at RISEBA University of Applied Sciences, Riga, Latvia. She completed her PhD in Business Administration. She has published more than 50 articles in international journals and book chapters and has conducted multiple research projects funded by the EU and by organisations. Her primary research focuses on people and organisations, as well as teaching and learning methods. Her teaching disciplines include Business Analytics, HR Analytics, and Design Thinking.
