Dr. Flavio Urbini is currently an Assistant Professor of Psychometrics at the Department of Human Sciences of LUMSA in Rome. He obtained a PhD in Work and Human Resources Psychology with top marks. His research activity concerns the development and validation of psychological testing and the Italian adaptation of tests in foreign languages, mainly in the area of work psychology, and the application of multivariate statistical analysis.
