Dr. Noé Aguilar-Rivera is a professor and researcher at the Veracruzana University Mexico. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences. Throughout his academic career, he has authored numerous scientific publications, book chapters, and books focused on agroindustrial sustainability, decarbonization, and agricultural waste management. His current research focuses on the development of circular economy models and technological strategies for the transformation of agroindustrial waste and socio-ecological systems.
