Waleligne Molla Salilew received his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Mizan Tepi University, Ethiopia, in 2016; his M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, in 2018; and his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia, in 2024. His main research areas of interest are gas turbine condition-based maintenance and diagnostics, artificial intelligence applications, and machinery diagnostics and prognostics.
