Prof. Dr. Alejandra Torres is a senior researcher at the Packaging Innovation Center (LABENCHILE) at the University of Santiago de Chile. She is also a researcher at the Center for the Development of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (CEDENNA) at the University of Santiago de Chile. In addition, she is a professor of food technology and food engineering, has a master’s in food technology, and holds a doctorate from the Food Science and Technology programs at the University of Santiago de Chile.
