Prof. Linbo Wu is a full professor at Zhejiang University (ZJU). He is a member of the Key Laboratory of Biomass Chemical Engineering of the Ministry of Education. He received his B.E. in Chemical Engineering in Polymers, M.E. in Polymer Materials, and PhD in Chemical Engineering at ZJU, in 1993, 1998, and 2001, respectively. Afterward, he started his postdoctoral research at the Department of Macromolecule Science, Fudan University. In 2003, he joined the College of Chemical & Biological Engineering, ZJU. He worked as a visiting scholar at the University of Delaware in 2008 and the University of Mons in 2011–2012. The research in Prof Wu’s group focuses on the synthesis and modification of bio-based, biodegradable, high-performance, and functional polyesters for commodity and specialized applications.
