Tingting Li Professor Li Tingting is a Ph.D. in food science from the School of Food and Bioengineering, Zhejiang Gongshang University, and is the associate dean, professor and master supervisor of the School of Life Sciences, Dalian Minzu University. Won the 12th batch of "Hundreds, Thousands, Thousands of Talents Project" of Liaoning Province, outstanding scientific and technological workers of Liaoning Province, young and middle-aged talents of the National Civil Affairs Commission, high-end talents of Dalian City, and "leading talents" of schools. He is also a member of the Third Youth Committee of the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology, and an executive director of the Ethnic Medicine Education Professional Committee of the Chinese Ethnic Medicine Association. He has presided over 12 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and National Key Research Program sub-projects, published 92 academic papers (including 32 in SCI and 20 in EI), and applied for 18 national invention patents (authorized) 6 items), co-published 1 book. Participated in the research results and won 1 second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and 2 special prizes for the Science and Technology Progress of the China Chamber of Commerce.
