Tien-Hsiang Chang is a professor at the Department of Intelligence Commerce at the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. She holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Industrial Management at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Her current research interests are operation research and stochastic and information management. Dr. Chang has published articles in the International Journal of System Science and Industrial Marketing Management.
