Dr. B Rajanarayan Prusty (Senior Member, IEEE) is a distinguished Professor and Dean of Research and Innovation at Noida International University, Greater Noida. He has nearly two decades of experience in teaching and research, having held esteemed positions at Sankalchand Patel University, Galgotias University, Vellore Institute of Technology, and Alliance University. Dr. Prusty obtained his PhD from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal. He has received several prestigious awards, including the POSOCO Power System Awards for 2019, the University Foundation Day Research Award 2019 from BPUT, Odisha, and the Young Professional Research Award from NIT Meghalaya, India. These accolades recognize his outstanding contributions to power & energy technologies and research. Dr. Prusty’s research expertise includes data preprocessing, time series forecasting, high-dimensional dependence modeling, and applying machine learning and probabilistic methods to power system problems. He has published 30 SCI journal papers, over 50 international conference papers, and authored 10 book chapters. He has also co-authored a textbook, “Power System Analysis: Operation and Control,” and edited two books for CRC Press. As an accomplished editor, Dr. Prusty has handled over 200 manuscripts as Journal Editor and reviewed more than 650 manuscripts. He serves as Associate Editor and Academic Editor for several reputed Journals.
