Roberto Ruggieri is Associate Professor of the Economics Faculty, at the Sapienza University of Rome – Italy. His teaching duties include the Technological Innovation of Products and Processes and the Quality Systems Management. His research areas are: Technological Innovation, Customer Satisfaction, Quality Systems Management, and the relations between Quality and Innovation, Sustainability. In this context he is author and co-author of numerous scientific articles and has participated in many projects with public and private organizations.
