Xiaohuan Xie has a position as an Associate Professor at the Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Built Environment Optimization, Shenzhen University. She obtained her B.Sc. (Landscape Architecture Design) and M.Sc. (Urban Green Space System Planning) from the South China Agricultural University. Then, she graduated from Hong Kong University and received her Ph.D. (Green Building Assessment). She has received numerous awards, including the 2023 Zhaoqing High-tech Zone Automobile Park National College Student Design Competition Bronze Award and First Prize for 2021 Excellent Ideological and Political Cases in Undergraduate College Courses in Guangdong Province. Her research interests include green exposure and green space equity, rural revitalization, green and healthy buildings, user behavior research, sustainable design, and microclimates.
