Dr. Nico Lippi is the Sensory Project Manager at the Sensory Lab of Bologna and a research fellow at the Bioeconomy Institute of the National Research Council (CNR) in Bologna, Italy. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Sensory and Consumer Science at the Polytechnic University of the Marche in Ancona, Italy. His research focuses on the application of new rapid methodologies in sensory and consumer science to expedite breeding work.
