Prof. Mihai Olanescu earned his B.A. degree from the Faculty of Biology and Geology, Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in 2001, and earned his PhD degree in Sociology from the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work, Babes-Bolyai University, in 2014. He worked as an Assistant Professor at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca from 2001 to 2008. In 2008, he was promoted to Lecturer Professor and he has been working till now. His research interests include physical education, physical activity, sports, physical training, physical activities, and body composition.
