Prof. Luis Javier Del Valle is an Associated Professor at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He earned his Doctor of Biological Sciences from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Spain, in 2000. His research interests include the development and applications of biomaterials; biocompatibility and cytotoxicity; cellular and molecular biology; cell-biomaterial interfaces; biological models: development, growth, and cellular differentiation.
