USMAN BATURE ISYAKU is currently a PhD. Candidate under the guidance of Dr. Mohd Haris Bin Md Khir in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Universiti of Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) Malaysia. He received a Master of Engineering (Electrical - Computer and Microelectronic system) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Skudai, Johor Bahru, Malaysia, in 2015 and a B.Eng. Computer Engineering from Bayero University Kano (BUK), Kano city, Nigeria, in 2010. He has published some research papers in the international journals and conferences. His research interest includes Resistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM), Nano-material design and embedded systems.
