Dr. Martina Cirlini, fixed-term researcher in Food Chemistry (SSD CHIM / 10). Research activity deals with the chemical characterization of food matrices using chromatographic and spectrometric techniques (GC-MS, HPLC-MS). Recently, Dr. Martina Cirlini has turned her attention to the study of the composition of the volatile and aromatic fraction of different food matrices by applying solid phase micro-extraction techniques of the headspace (HS-SPME) coupled with GC / MS analyses. Furthermore, Dr. Martina Cilrini is the author of more than 65 publications in international peer-reviewed scientific journals, 3 volume contributions, 2 publications in national scientific journals and more than 50 contributions presented at national and international conferences.
