Dr. Lavinia Raimondi is currently a Health Researcher of Surgical Science and Technologies at the IRCCS Istituto Ortopedico Rizzoli, Italy. She received her degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Palermo in 1997. Then, she obtained national qualification for the profession of Biologist at the University of Palermo in 1998. She completed her Ph.D. studies in Cell and Developmental Biology at the University of Palermo. Her research interests are focused on the study of gene therapy, bone disease, multiple myeloma, osteosarcoma, exosomes, microRNA, and cell differentiation.
