Biography
Yongcun Hao received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2010 and 2017, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Ministry of Education Key Laboratory of Micro and Nano Systems for Aerospace, NPU. His research interests include MEMS sensors, microactuators, and micromanufacturing technology.
