César Melo received his Masters Degree in Electronics and Computers Engineering from theUniversity of Minho, Guimarães, in September 2021. For his Masters thesis, he developed an EdgeAI system capable of detecting risky behaviors and factors of people, in the COVID-19 context. During his academic course, he also developed a solar tracker with two axes, and with manual and Bluetooth control, as well as a system to control the autonomous navigation of a robot, a distributed control strategy for the coordination of autonomous robot teams for transport tasks (in simulated environments), and a robotic arm.
