I am a researcher at the University of São Paulo with expertise in nutrigenomics, nutrigenetics, and systems biology. My work involves integrating multi-omics approaches—including transcriptomics, metabolomics, and metagenomics—to explore the complex interactions between nutrition, genetics, and biological systems. I have extensive experience in RNA-seq analysis, microbial community profiling, and functional enrichment, using tools such as R, Python, and advanced bioinformatics pipelines. My research focuses on generating meaningful biological insights that contribute to a deeper understanding of gene–environment interactions and support advancements in animal science and agricultural sustainability.
