Wanxue Liu received his B.S. degree in agronomy from Hunan Agricultural University in July 1996; his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in agronomy from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) in July 1999 and July 2002; and his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Institute of Biological Control of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) from July 2002 to July 2004, the Institute of Agro-environmental and Sustainable Development of CAAS from July 2004 to March 2006, and the Institute of Plant Protection of CAAS from April 2006 to present. From July 2004 to March 2006, he worked at the Institute of Agricultural Environment and Sustainable Development of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS).
