My research area mainly focuses on understanding the inter-molecular interactions and the molecular conformations that provide knowledge of the biological functional mechanisms of plants at the system level through computer-aided molecular design and omics approaches. Molecular interactions play a vital role in understanding the structure and function of macromolecules. Regulatory functions of noncoding RNA and protein--protein interaction studies provides knowledge of the control mechanisms that are required for system sustainability.
