Prof. Dr. Nicolas Desneux is the Research Director at them INRA (French National Institute for Agricultural Research), University of Côte d'Azur. He completed his Masters studies in biology of populations, genetics, and eco-ethology at the University of Tours and his PhD studies in behavioral biology and ecotoxicology at the University of Paris XI. His main scientific expertise includes ecosystem services, ecotoxicology, community ecology, biological control, integrated pest management, transgenic crops, invasive species, risk assessment, sublethal effects, and chemical and botanical pesticides.
