Wu Zhou graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University with a bachelor's degree in 2005 and a doctorate in 2010. He has been teaching at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China since August 2010. He is a senior member of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineers, a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the founder and chairman of Mymos Chengdu Technology Co., Ltd. He is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research interests mainly focus on MEMS sensors and actuators, microsystem packaging and integration, intelligent sensor technology, device reliability design, high-precision detection and control technology, condition monitoring, and platforms based on MEMS technology.
