I am research assistant at Research Institute of the University of Bucharest. Among the main responsibilities associated with the position can be mentioned: evaluation of the antimicrobial activity of compounds obtained by chemical synthesis or of hydro alcoholic plant extracts; highlighting the antagonistic relationships between filamentous microfungal strains or between microfungal strains and yeasts; determination of the anti-mycotoxigenic capacity of yeast strains; characterization of microbial strains on enzyme synthesis, toxin production; studies on the genetic biodiversity of microorganisms from different ecological niches; optimization of cultivation parameters of eukaryotic microorganisms.
