Magdalena Lech, PhD, attained a master's degree and PhD in Chemical Engineering. She continued her chemical and bioprocess engineering career focused on the utilization organic wastes such lignocellulosic biomass and waste whey permeates into valuable bioproducts. Her second area of scientific interest is the membrane separation of wastewaters, mainly. At present she has published 10 SCI papers.
