Biography
Dr. Lu has more than 30 years of experience in hepatitis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Dr. Lu is currently working as a Professor in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He also serves as a government consultant of Chiayi County. He has been recruited for the Taiwan National Hepatitis C Program Office at the Ministry of Health due to his specialty in hepatitis and hepatocellular carcinoma.
