Dr. Wei Liu is a member of the Communist Party of China and Deputy Director of the National Experimental Teaching Center of Animal Science. Dr Liu works as an Associate Professor qualified to supervise Master’s students. Dr Liu is a Science and Technology Commissioner of Hunan Province, a panel member of the Changsha Science and Technology Project Evaluation committee, and a member of the Hunan Provincial Preventive Medicine Association 12th Parasitic Disease Specialty Committee. He works as a guest editor for "pathogens, animals, Veterinary Science" and as an editorial board member of poultry and poultry disease control. Dr Liu’s research interests include epidemiology, molecular pathogenesis and disease prevention of animal parasites. He has published more than 120 scientific research papers, including 40 SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author.
