She currently works as Veterinary Manager of the Hygiene of Livestock and Livestock Production Local Health Authority of Chieti. She worked as Researcher at the Laboratory of Diagnosis and Surveillance of Exotic Animal Diseases (DESME), Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale dell’Abruzzo e del Molise “G. Caporale” where she participates in diagnostic activities under the regional surveillance plan of CSF and ASF and she deals with the diagnosis of LSDV by molecular (Real time PCR) and serological methods (ELISA and Serum Neutralization). Furthermore she has been involved in animal experiments.. She graduated in Veterinary Medicine at University of Teramo. She had a PHD at University of Teramo, a fellowship at University of Teramo, a Master Degree in Animal Health at University of Camerino.
