He holds a Veterinary Medicine and Human Dental Medicine degrees. He is Professor of Surgery I & II at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, and does research in CO2 laser Surgery, Soft-Tissues and Orthopaedics Surgery, Plastic, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Neurosurgery and in Biomaterials. The most recent publications are in Lasers in Medical Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Veterinary Research Communications, and Animals. He was awarded the 2022 Kumar Patel Prize for CO2 Laser Surgery. Additionally, he is affiliated with the Faculty of American Laser - ALSC. He is the author of multiple papers published in Q1 and Q2 journals and has presented both oral and panel conferences at international congresses.
