Objectives. The 5G has ushered in a new age of life-changing breakthroughs and advancements due to faster speeds, greater bandwidth, and ultra-high expectancy. The study proposes a multistage approach for quantifying the dynamic factors affecting users adoption of 5G in emerging countries. Method. This study integrated the technology acceptance model (TAM) and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) to recommend a comprehensive model that the industryacademia can adopt. In the proposed model, various core hypotheses and subhypotheses were tested by employing 510 5G users of the metro cities of India. An online questionnaire was used to collect the facts, and the data were framed in the conceptual model to test the validation using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Results. The findings suggest that users perceptions of adopting 5G are overwhelming in that perceived trust was discovered as a mediating enabler between behavioral intention (BI) and selected manifest. Performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE), social factors (SF), facilitating factors (FF), hedonic motivation (HM), perceived benefits (PB), price value (PV), and habit (HB). Contribution. By identifying key enablers in the suggested model, service providers may better evaluate these aspects, particularly in ensuring reliable infrastructure for 5G service stands. The study is undoubtedly a novel attempt to assist the telecom industry and policymakers in accelerating the adoption of 5G in emerging economies of Asian continents.

Objective: This paper aims to investigate the impact of specified behavioral biases on investors' stock trading decisions in North India. It has been observed that most of the research works are based on financial theories, which affect investment decisions. But besides the theories nowadays, behavioral biases also play an important role in investment decisions, which was less focused in the previous literature. Methods: The study used primary data collected from a sample from North Indian States (Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, and Punjab) through a structured questionnaire to analyze the impact of specified behavioral biases on investors' stock trading decisions. We used structural equation modelling to find out the significant impact of behavioral biases on stock trading and investment decisions. Findings: The investigation determined that the majority of the designated cognitive biases, such as the Overconfidence Bias, the Representativeness Bias, and the Herding Bias, exert a significant influence on the decisions about stock trading and investment made by investors. Novelty: The ample research in this domain has primarily occurred in various countries, with only a limited number of studies conducted specifically at the Indian level. Nevertheless, based on the literature review, it is evident that this study is groundbreaking in North India. The objective of this research is to enhance the effectiveness of financial advisors by gaining a deeper understanding of the psychological aspects of clients. This, in turn, will aid in developing portfolios tailored to individual behavior, aligning with client preferences. Recognizing and addressing behavioral biases is crucial for individual investors as they strive to make informed and successful financial decisions. Keywords: Behavioral Biases, Overconfidence (OC) bias, Representativeness Bias (RB), Herding Bias (HB), Structural Equation Modelling

The education system has been brought to a halt due to pandemics around the globe. This study outlines the effect of Covid-19 on the teaching-learning perception of faculties and students of higher education in India. The recent pandemic has provided an impetus for the improvements in teaching and implementation of virtual education. Given the lack of information about how long the pandemic will go on, the demand for the current crisis is a steady move to e-education. The authority has introduced several e-platforms with online shops, e-contents, and other online material. Combining conventional technology (radio, TV, landline phone) with mobile/web technologies would improve connectivity and versatility with all tools. The paper employed a quantitative method to examine the perceptions of teachers and students’ perceptions of e-teaching and e-learning methods. It underlined the application practice of online teaching-learning modes by considering 500 respondents. This study aims to give a holistic view of the ongoing online teaching-learning activities during the pandemic lockdown. The study also found no considerable difference between teacher/learner satisfaction during this academic disruption. Soil recommendations, managerial implications, future scope and conclusion can also be helpful for policymakers, academics, and content analytics to draw a plan of action for e-learning.

Research in any discipline establishes the groundwork for advancing knowledge, facilitating learning, and solving problems. Management research is conducive to observing the world and decision-making wonders through a novel outlook. Such research is a fabulous tool for addressing emerging topics and challenges for which scientific data cannot be accessible due to budding awareness of the phenomena. Writing and publishing complement each other and require specific technical knowledge to give a final look for publishing a paper in a top-rating journal. Common challenges subvert authors’ efforts to elucidate their understanding and practice. This paper has identified, articulated, and successfully addressed these hurdles to publishing. A trail guide for different components of a typical research paper is also presented by benchmarking the best business, ethics, and management research practices. This study is the first guideline in writing management papers and is conducive to producing high-quality imperative research for scholars.
