Jadranka Fraj PhD. is an assistant professor at Faculty of Technology University of Novi Sad, Department of Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Engineering. Her teaching activities are in field of pharmaceutical and cosmetic technology. In her research work she is focused on investigations interactions in complex colloidal systems, its influence on system properties, all with the aim of development colloidal carriers for encapsulation various active substances, and formulation novel pharmaceutical and cosmetic dosage forms, as well as innovative food products, "functional food’’. She participates in ongoing project funded by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia and she is a MC member of one COST Action. During her PhD studies she spent seven months on professional training at the Agfa Graphics in Antwerp (Belgium).
