Dr. Edmund Kozieł

Edmund Kozieł is assistant professor at the Department of Botany, Institute of Biology, Warsaw University Of Life Sciences and enthusiastic scientist. PhD Edmund Kozieł has published over 22 papers in various journals. PhD Edmund Kozieł’s research interests mainly include plant pathogens, plant virus-interaction; plasmodesmata; callose; plant viruses; bioinformatic, potyviridae, resistance to plant viruses, microscopy, TEM , SEM, immunogold and immunofluorescent localization. Moreover, he also uses in his research bioinformatics analyses of transcriptome results, bioinformatics analyses of proteins and 3D structure visualization.
