Qiuyu Han received her M.S. in Food Science and Technology from the Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology and Shanghai Ocean University in 2021 and is now pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Marine Bioscience. She worked as a Research Assistant at Shanghai Ocean University (2021–2022). Her research topics mainly include bioactive peptides, protein interaction, gut balance, bioactive component isolation, and protein structure change during food processing.
