Since 2020, I have been working as Scientific Director for Personalized Oncology at the World-Class Research Centre for Personalized Medicine, guiding 16 research projects within the framework of constructing a ‘biomedical ecosystem’, aimed at development and introduction of advanced methods for diagnostics and treatment of oncological pathologies. The projects focus on study of oncological pathogenesis, fertility preservation during neoplastic process, use of genetically modified cells of the immune system in some oncological pathologies, and application of advances in expression analysis technologies, including single-cell sequencing together with epigenetic profiling and high-throughput sequencing. I conduct my own research on fundamental effect mechanisms of medication based on generation of chimeric antigen receptors; use of genetically modified immune cells and search for methods of producing related biomedical cell products.
