Graduated from the Basque Country University in 1991 in Mathematics. Since 1992 she works as a researcher at Tecnalia at the Foundry and Steelmaking Area. Her main experience is related to: the development of predictive models for the modelization of heat transfer and temperature evolution of steel products during the continuous casting, reheating and hot rolling processes ; the application of data analytics methods and optimization techniques in steelmaking processes; the integration of components and development of friendly user interfaces. She has several scientific works in international journals and conferences.
