Dr. Jonathon Harding is a Managing Engineer at Exponent. He earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2015, where his research investigated lithium oxygen batteries. At Exponent, Dr. Harding specializes in designing and executing accelerated aging and abuse testing of batteries, and in characterizing the performance, materials, and construction of batteries and other electrochemical systems and in identifying the root cause of their failure. Dr. Harding is a licensed Professional Engineer in Chemical Engineering in the State of California.
