I obtained a Biochemistry degree in 2007 at the Tecnologico de Acapulco. In the same year, I began my Master’s in Plant Biotechnology at Cinvestav Irapuato in the functional genomics of plants laboratory of LANGEBIO under the supervision of Dr. Stefan de Folter. In 2013, I obtained a PhD degree in Plant Biotechnology at Cinvestav in the same laboratory. Currently, I am an associate researcher from Cátedras-CONACyT designed by the Colegio de Postgraduados campus Montecillo.
